I’m sure there’s a Spanish children’s song for dipping churros in hot chocolate. How can there not be? Churros and chocolate are a much loved Spanish breakfast treat.
Churros are basically a long donut of varying shape and size. The chocolate is thick hot chocolate. In some restaurants it is simply melted chocolate, while in others it is Amalia, a powdered chocolate that gets thicker the longer you cook it.
