There is a place on the Bay of Fundy called Port George. This is a popular place on hot summer days because the temperature here is often times much cooler than what it is in the Valley.
Our evening trip to the Bay was the second trip for La Niña and her second trip to the Atlantic Ocean. But, here we won’t put her feet in because the Bay of Fundy has a habit of chewing people up and spitting them out.
Don’t let the serene pictures fool you. The water is cold, rough and unpredictable. And, getting to the water is also difficult because the rocks are rough, slippery and often times covered in seaweed; especially when you get close to the water’s edge.
We’ll wait until we get to the south shore before we dip our feet in and say that La Niña has been in the Atlantic Ocean.
