While out for lunch on Thursday I snapped photos along the way. One of the things the locals joke about is the number of photos of cows the westerners take.<\/p>\n

I’m guilty… there’s something strangely fascinating about watching a cow pick its way through garbage to find that one juicy plastic bag that I can’t seem to resist. I feel compelled to take photos.<\/p>\n

Lunch was at Shanti Sagr, which is known for its dosas (and the coffee is pretty darn good too). I ordered a paper masala dosa because I haven’t had one in over 10 years. I felt a bit nostalgic when I had my first bite. After the whole thing however, I was ready to try something different. I’d forgotten how greasy they are.<\/p>\n
