Ahhh… little Miss Spring, you are such a tease… arriving in March and taunting us with your warm smiles and pleasant cheer. There were people in our neighbourhood so fooled by your appearance that they began working feverishly on their yards (whilst wearing shorts). I’m thinking they’re not from these parts because any Calgarian knows to ignore your temptations and wait until May for the real deal.<\/p>\n

And of course, when you left us, Old Man Winter took advantage of the moment and appeared… with vengeance (6-8 inches of snow)… to remind us that he the one who is really in charge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
