We’ve had a really strange winter in Calgary this year… not really cold, but with random snow like today… and I’d expect this to continue throughout spring.<\/p>\n
Today was -5C… and snowy, which is my favourite weather to bike in. I don’t have to wear tons of gear for the cold and the paths are crisp and clear. For some reason, in this kind of weather I feel like I’ve been given a challenge and am conquering that challenge. I hate it when the snow becomes slush… like it will later in the day.<\/p>\n
The average person in Calgary won’t use the paths in the snow. So, this morning’s ride was with the “regulars” who have been out all winter. And, I got to use my studded tires, which haven’t seen a lot of action this year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
