The waters look like they’re receding a bit from the park itself. I brought the girls down to the park so they could get a sense of how bad the flooding is… because they didn’t realize the scope of damage and what this meant for them and for Calgary. <\/p>\n

The water around the park is rather tame at the moment and the trees have become a haven for ducks and other birds looking for calmer waters.<\/p>\n

Electrical is out in the area and mosquitos are bad.<\/p>\n
