People fascinate me. The things they do, the things they say, their history, their baggage, and the ways that they behave in differing circumstances: it’s all one big study and an immensely interesting one at that.
I really love to photograph people: their expressions, their smiles, their reactions to situations, how they act. I’m still working through my own hang-ups surrounding taking pictures of strangers; in the west people get so upset when someone takes their photo — but here it’s welcomed and encouraged. Getting a natural shot is perhaps a bit harder because of this. For now this is what I have.
