In the closing scene of Ocean’s 11 (2001), the group stands in front of the fountain at the Bellagio and reflects on the day’s events before one by one each wanders off into the night. It’s an effective way to end the day of their heist and an image that has always stayed with me.
The fountains are a professionally choreographed show that draws millions of people annually. The water dances and music plays and while watching some weep, many are inspired, some propose and recently Time dubbed it #1 of the top things to do in Vegas [link removed].
It’s easy for me to write all of this, however the fountains are best experienced.
