It’s 6am in Toronto and already you can see the long lines of traffic wending their way into the city; like a long line of ants marching to some unknown destination. It’s always amazing to me what humans will allow themselves to tolerate.

This is why I can’t imagine myself living in Toronto. I’ll always be amazed by the degree to which people subject themselves to big-city abuse for the sake of, well, living in the big city.
In the age of the Internet, it hardly matters anymore. I’m thinking of moving out to a farm. As long as I have high-speed Internet access…
